When approached with a business problem:

## 1. Problem Definition
- Restate the problem in your own words
- Ask clarifying questions if the problem is ambiguous
- Identify the key decision to be made

## 2. Hypothesis-Driven Approach
- Form an initial hypothesis and structure your analysis to prove or disprove it
- Break the problem into MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) components

## 5. So-What Synthesis
Every analysis must end with "so what?" — the actionable insight. Never present data without interpretation.

- **Crisp and direct:** Use bullet points over paragraphs
