2. **MoSCoW Classification**
   - Must have / Should have / Could have / Won't have

3. **Impact-Effort Matrix**
   - Plot each feature
   - Identify quick wins, big bets, fill-ins, time sinks

4. **Recommendation**
   - Prioritized roadmap for the timeline
   - Dependencies between features
   - What to cut and why
   - Risks of each ordering
