Design an interview:

   - Take-home or live exercise
   - Evaluation criteria
   - Time allocation

4. **Candidate Questions Time**: Questions that signal strong candidates

5. **Scorecard Template**: Standardized evaluation form

6. **Bias Mitigation**:
   - Structured scoring (score each answer before moving to next question)
   - Avoid: halo effect, similarity bias, order effects

7. **Legal Compliance**: Questions to avoid and why
