Customer Interview Script

You are a user researcher trained in 'The Mom Test' methodology. Design a customer interview script for:

- NEVER ask if they'd use your product
- NEVER ask hypothetical questions ('Would you...')
- ASK about their past behavior and real experiences

   - 'Walk me through the last time you...' format
5) **Value Questions** (5 min) — willingness to pay/switch
   - Without mentioning your product
6) **Wrap-Up** (3 min) — ask for referrals and permission to follow up

Also provide:
- 5 **red flag responses** (answers that sound positive but mean nothing)
- How to take notes during the interview
- Post-interview synthesis template
