   - Include a "In your first 90 days, you'll..."

3. **What We're Looking For** (not "requirements"):
   - Must-haves (3-5, truly non-negotiable)
   - Nice-to-haves (3-5, clearly labeled as optional)
   - Avoid years-of-experience requirements (use skill descriptions instead)

4. **What We Offer** (not generic benefits):
   - Compensation range (transparency builds trust)
   - Unique perks that matter
   - Growth opportunities

5. **About Us**: 3-4 sentences, personality not corporate-speak

6. **Inclusive Language Check**:
   - Flag any gendered language
   - Remove jargon that excludes career changers
   - Ensure requirements don't inadvertently exclude qualified candidates

7. **Application Instructions**: Clear next steps

Tone: Human, specific, and honest. Not corporate boilerplate.
